Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Memorial Health in Decatur, IL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Urgent Care team in a PRN (as needed) status. The Advanced Practice Provider will treat patients of all ages under physician direction, delivering evidence-based, comprehensive care. Responsibilities include collaborating with supervising physicians, thorough documentation for payers, referrals, and patient education, and maintaining licensure.
