Leasing Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for the Heartwood Preserve developement in Omaha, NE. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, showcasing properties to prospective residents, maintaining resident satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, preparing and managing lease documents, assisting with resident retention initiatives, and contributing to a positive living environment for residents. Qualifications Proficient in handling Leases and Lease Administration tasks Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication Experience with Resident Retention and relationship management Ability to work well in a team-oriented, on-site environment Strong organizational and time management skills Computer literacy and experience with property management software is a plus Previous leasing or property management experience Must be an energetic, driven person Join our growing team #J-18808-Ljbffr Spruce Capital Group
