Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, interpreting examination findings to ascertain the nature and extent of physical limitations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans targeting restoration of movement, functional activity, and quality of life, considering patients' particular backgrounds, medical histories, and goals.
• Provide clear and consistent communication about patient progress and any challenges encountered, collaborating with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided meticulously, adhering to regulatory requirements, including state guidelines and compliance with third-party payers.
• Educate patients' families and caregivers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to reinforce therapeutic exercises and programs at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and ensure that therapeutic equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
• Uphold company standards, including adherence to the Code of Business Conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the State of California is required.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI), allowing for proper patient identification and billing.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program, ensuring comprehensive foundational knowledge and clinical skills.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices, with experience in designing programs accommodating various ability levels and comorbidities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and sports-related injuries is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
