Patient Recruitment Specialist

Position Summary Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients and speaking with them to determine eligibility and interest in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager. Key Skills and Competencies Time management and workflow prioritization Computer proficiency Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required Primary Accountabilities Call potential candidates to assess study qualifications. Schedule eligible candidates for screening appointments. Respond to ad campaign referrals. General Accountabilities Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW Organize recruitment call/follow-up list. Track patient referrals and telephone encounters in eCW. Respond to company website inquiries.
