Recreational Gymnastics Class Coach

What You’ll Do
As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you’ll play a key role in helping kids build confidence, coordination, and life skills through movement. Responsibilities include:
Coaching or assisting in recreational gymnastics classes for children ages 2+
Teaching basic gymnastics skills, drills, and progressions with energy and encouragement
Creating a safe, structured, and positive class environment where kids can thrive
Setting up, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment before and after classes
Spotting athletes appropriately and following all safety and child-protection protocols
Communicating clearly with parents, athletes, and fellow coaches
Collaborating with our team to deliver a consistent, high-quality class experience
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, camp counseling, etc.)
Brings energy, positivity, and patience to every class
Has a background in gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, or youth sports (preferred, not required)
Is reliable, responsible, and always on time
Is confident giving clear instructions and leading small groups
Wants to learn, grow, and improve as a coach — we’ll provide training and ongoing support
