Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with fellow marketing coordinators, business development, and technical teams to help drive proposals, communications, branding, and pursuit strategy across a wide range of projects throughout California and the Mountain West.

What You’ll Do

\n

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our growing marketing and business development efforts while helping drive proposal pursuits, company communications, and brand initiatives.

\n

\n

Proposal & Pursuit Support

\n

\n
• Coordinate and produce qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and subconsultant teaming responses.
\n
• Support pursuit strategy, interview preparation, and presentation development.
\n
• Help maintain proposal schedules, coordinate team input, and ensure deadlines are met.
\n
• Perform quality control reviews for compliance, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and overall presentation quality.
\n
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling content and graphics.
\n

Marketing & Communications

\n

\n
• Create marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, presentations, and promotional materials.
\n
• Assist with social media content and company marketing campaigns as-needed.
\n
• Develop internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, project updates, and company news.
\n
• Help identify storytelling opportunities that showcase our people, projects, and culture.
\n
• Support public relations and media outreach efforts when opportunities arise.
\n

Brand & Database Management

\n

\n
• Maintain and update marketing databases, project information, resumes, CRM platforms, and marketing libraries.
\n
• Ensure company materials remain current, organized, and consistent with the Latitude 33 brand.
\n
• Support development of graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
\n

\n

\n

Team Collaboration

\n

\n
• Work closely with Marketing Manager, fellow Marketing Coordinators and technical teams across multiple offices.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and industry networking opportunities.
\n
• Travel occasionally to regional offices, events, client meetings, and active project sites.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
\n
• 2+ years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
\n
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality .
\n

• Knowledge of RFP/RFQ response processes.
\n
• Experience with CRM and marketing database management.
\n
• Understanding graphic design principles, branding, and document layout.
\n
• Strong proofreading, editing, and technical writing abilities.
\n
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
\n
• Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas and process improvements .
