About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and growth-oriented leader to serve as its next President. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the institution into a new era of growth, innovation, and institutional distinction. This role involves providing strategic leadership, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, to establish and execute the University's vision, goals, and priorities. The President will be the steward of all University assets and resources, ensuring the execution of governing policies and procedures across the institution's campuses. A key focus for the next President will be to elevate the University's vision, identity, and strategic planning, grow enrollment and student success, diversify revenue streams, and enhance academic programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic innovation, a proven track record in financial management, and a commitment to fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collegiality. Candidates for the President position at the company should have extensive leadership experience and skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex and diverse organizations. The role requires a leader known for their collegiality, creativity, and financial acumen, and who can earn the respect of the faculty. The next President will be expected to support academic excellence, shared governance, and enhance philanthropy and external engagement. A terminal degree or equivalent is required, and the candidate should be prepared to mold the staff and faculty into an effective team that can successfully lead the institution into the future. The position comes with the responsibility of overseeing a significant operating budget and endowment, and the President will be supported by a talented team of leaders.
