Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay Period: Weekly Pay Rate: $18.50 Paid Time off: 7 Company Paid Holidays off 20 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment 20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment 2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1Year of employment Training provided! Job Description: Organizing and conducting recruiting events in the surrounding areas. Interviewing and recruiting associates. On-site weekly client visits. New hire orientations. Recruit and fill all job orders proactively Performing basic administrative functions, as assigned. Assist with weekly payroll. Maintain weekly audits. Attend client tours. Conduct and remain compliant with all client requirements (i.e. bkg, DS, E-verify). Requirements of the Bilingual Recruiter: Valid Driver's License and transportation. Strong customer service skills. Strong computer skills. High level of professionalism. High School Diploma. Work with or without direction. Be easily trainable & adhere to team work environment.
