Sales Account Manager - Copper Fitting/Tube

Job Description

Hailiang America Corporation is searching for a talented and competitive Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our current customer base and assist in achieving new accounts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting our current sales team as well as working closely with the customer service team.

The Sales Manager will:

Assist in preparing an annual sales plan which will define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts along with rolling budgets for existing accounts and new accounts.

Meet and exceed sales / profit goals

Have constant communication with customers to continue productive relationships, provide feedback on market trends and submit stock budgets.

Prepare pricing and quotations timely and according to company policy

Assist/recommend action on customer opportunities and issues.

Provide consistent feedback on accounts and potential growth

Work closely with corporate sales team to develop product / account programs

Assist in claims and RGA’s as needed Follow up on AR reviews when assistance is requested

Prepare and submit travel schedule and feedback on accounts

Travel average 50%

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with strong Technical/Mechanical background.

Solid verbal and written communication skills required, ability to work through challenging situations and great time management skills.

1– 3 years of progressive sales and customer service experience

Fluent in Mandarin is beneficial

Microsoft skills and knowledge of SAP Operating System is beneficial.
