• Recruit and place high-impact professionals into full-time roles
• Guide candidates on career strategy, compensation, and market positioning

Background:

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years in accounting, finance, recruiting, sales, or consulting
• Proven track record of performance and goal attainment
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
• Demonstrated leadership, resilience, and accountability
