Applications Analyst (PR/586682) Boston, Massachusetts Salary: USD135000 - USD180000 per year + Cash Bonus Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement new business applications supporting investment and trading workflows. Enhance existing systems to drive performance, automation, and error reduction . Work collaboratively with Investment, Trading, and Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in a support rotation (every 6–7 weeks), providing coverage for critical applications. Contribute across the full SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience (minimum requirement). Strong proficiency in SQL , including programming, modeling, and database design (SQL Server). Hands‑on experience with C# or Java for back‑end development (either acceptable). Effective communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
