Trusts and Estate Attorney (3-5 Years Experience)

Experience: 3–5 years of law firm experience About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience and a strong background in tax, trusts & estates , complemented by knowledge in business, and real estate law , to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be a skilled advocate with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail. Litigation experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage and support all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands and responses, and legal memoranda Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations Develop and execute case strategy and manage workflow with minimal supervision Communicate and coordinate directly with opposing counsel, courts, experts, and third parties Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation and advisory matters Support tax, trust, estate planning, and estate administration matters as needed Provide practical, business-minded advice aligned with client objectives Practice Areas You’ll Be Involved With Estate Planning and Administration Estate, Trust, and Probate Litigation Corporate and Business Law Why Balian Law LLP?
