Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

The Paramus, New Jersey office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing Labor & Employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to expand their practice while working with an experienced and collaborative team representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience . Experience with labor relations matters-including collective bargaining, grievance administration, and arbitration-is preferred but not required. We also welcome inquiries from established teams of attorneys with experience in this practice area.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience
• Experience with labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations, is a plus
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 , commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
