Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in Hilliard, OH

A full-time infusion pharmacist role is available with a direct hire opportunity in a corporate pharmacy setting near Hilliard, OH. This position focuses on providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for chronic and acute infusion therapies within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Candidates with prior experience in infusion pharmacy are highly preferred, though specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered.


Responsibilities:

• Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion medications prescribed by licensed medical personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain operational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
• Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs actively.
• Participate in onboarding and training new pharmacy staff; may serve as preceptor for pharmacy interns.
• Act as a clinical resource for sales and marketing, including assisting with presentations and marketing material review.
• Manage procurement and inventory control according to corporate procedures.
• Support insurance authorization and reimbursement processes with accurate documentation.
• Participate in pharmacy on-call rotation to provide continuous support.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including those required for controlled substance reporting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of USP 797, USP 800 standards, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license in the relevant state.
• Prior infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours within an 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday schedule.
