Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage with shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Manage a patient census of 1 to 3 in a level I nursery, 0 to 1 in a level II nursery, and up to 2 pediatric floor patients daily.
• Handle a maximum of 5 pediatric floor patients during peak periods.
• Offer call relief coverage as needed.
• Deliver inpatient pediatric and nursery care.
• Attend high-risk C-sections as required.

Qualifications

• PALS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with level I and II nursery coverage is essential.
