Davis Capital Management, a growing independent wealth management firm in Jacksonville, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. This in person role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing exceptional client service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

About the Role

The Client Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting our financial advisors. Youll assist clients with account paperwork, service requests, and follow-ups, while also handling office administration, vendor coordination, and operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and advisors, delivering excellent customer service.
• Process account applications, transfers, distributions, and other service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
• Support marketing efforts, events, and client communications as needed.
• Assist with special projects to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related professional services industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
