Role Description Bayard USAis seeking aProduct Specialistto support our portfolio of Catholic products serving schools, parishes, families, and faith communities nationwide. This role combines customer engagement, product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Specialist will build relationships with customers, provide product guidance by phone and email, support sales initiatives, gather customer feedback, and serve as a trusted product resource for both internal teams and customers. Responsibilities Develop expertise in assigned product lines. Support customers and prospects by phone and email. Conduct customer outreach and gather product feedback. Partner with sales, marketing, editorial, customer service, and operations teams. Assist with product launches, training, and support materials. Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Experience in product support, customer success, sales support, customer service, publishing, education, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable engaging customers by phone and email. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Experience in publishing, education, or faith-based organizations is a plus.
