Technical Project Manager - Federal Healthcare

Salary: $81,700 - 166,100 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills and a proven ability to guide work from both functional and technical perspectives.
• We need someone who can independently move initiatives forward, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and surface risks and issues promptly.
• Experience managing schedules, meetings, deployment documentation, and change requests for interface creation and rollout is important.
• Familiarity with project initiation, design, local connectivity coordination, interface engine configuration, solution dependencies, configuration and unit testing, smoke testing, validation, code promotion, readiness reporting, production validation, rehearsals, mock go-live, go-live, and staffing support is required.
• The role calls for willingness to work from our Arlington, VA office 4 times per week.
• Candidates should be prepared for 25% travel in the DC metro area.

• We coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• We oversee all project activities, including vendor communication and coordination.
• We set deadlines, assign ownership, track progress, and summarize status updates.
• We prepare reports for upper management on project health and outcomes.
• We work directly with clients and vendors to keep deliverables aligned with scope and budget.
• We partner with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope and establish a repeatable cutover and deployment process.
• We coordinate with the interface team and Oracle Health PMO on status reporting, IMS updates, and executive presentations.
• We work with Integration Architects and the Interface Deployment team to confirm readiness for events such as Integration Validation.
• We document, brief, and escalate risks and issues, and we plan and execute mitigation actions.
• We communicate defined processes and procedures to team members and ensure they are followed.
• We maintain timely and accurate interface deployment status updates in the teams reporting tools.
• We create and maintain the interface JIRA backlog based on the Agile delivery WBS.
