Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails.; Assist customers with placing orders, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless delivery process for our products.; Maintain a strong, working knowledge of our product catalog to provide expert assistance and timely service.; Collaborate with various vendors to get parts, check order status, and obtain pricing and quotes.; Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
