The pay range is of $26-$28 per hour.


Responsibilities

• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
• Audit deals for all required legal documents.
• Post vehicle sales and purchases.
• Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
• Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
• Monitor funding of bank contracts and customer funds.
• Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel.
• Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
• Process warranty remittance and cancellations
• Calculate and prepare sales commissions
• Accounting Schedule reconciliation and journal entries
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
