Position Overview:

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between the customer and our service technicians. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, making service recommendations, and ensuring that the vehicle is fixed to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
2. Collect customer and vehicle information, accurately documenting it in the dealership management system.
3. Listen attentively to customer concerns and needs, and provide expert advice on maintenance and repair services.
4. Work closely with technicians to understand the diagnostics and communicate this to customers.
5. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, including parts and labor.
6. Coordinate with parts and service departments for timely completion of work.
7. Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle, managing expectations appropriately.
8. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
9. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive products, features, and warranties.
10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive services.
3. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Basic computer proficiency.
8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
