MIG Welder – Standard Iron (Hartford, WI)Reporting To: Operations ManagerLocation: Hartford, WI (1055 W Sumner St or 1720 Innovation Way)Pay Range: $21.00 - $30.00+ / hr. (Based on experience) + Shift Premiums up to $5What You'll DoMIG Weld: Work on mild steel ranging from thin 20-gauge up to heavy 1-inch plate.Fabricate: Build hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, fenders, platforms, and custom sheet metal designs.Setup & Finish: Read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, perform machine setups, and use grinders/abrasives for clean finishes.Handle Materials: Safely operate cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, and fixtures.What You NeedExperience: Previous welding experience is preferred, with a strong command of all welding positions.Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.First-Week Milestones: You must pass our welding assessment (75%+) and general shop assessment (100%) within your first week of placement.
