Job Description What is the opportunity? The primary functions of the Corporate Actions Associate desk are the processing of voluntary corporate actions. In addition, this position provides ongoing customer service to the field, by answering questions about voluntary offers and processing research requests. What will you do? Process mandatory Corporate Actions (name changes, mergers, stock splits) Process non-final distributions Answer questions from the field about corporate actions What do you need to succeed? Must-have Microsoft office experience Ability think critically Keen attention to detail Nice-to-have Knowledge of corporate actions Knowledge of Broadridge processing systems Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
