The position is onsite in New York, NY, operates on a contract basis, and requires proficiency in generic HR technology systems.Requirements:Collect new hire employment information and coordinate orientationSchedule appointments and manage departmental meetingsPrepare human resource reportsProvide customer service to employeesMaintain HR events calendar and employee recordsNotify employees about benefits eligibilityCollaborate on employee terminationsQualifications:Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2 years of HR experience3 years' experience in a non-profit organizationKnowledge of generic HR technology systemsUnderstanding of HIPAA regulationsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and organizational skills
