This manufacturing company is targeting an HR Generalist who will provide HR support and counsel to all company team members and leaders. You’ll also heavily assist the Payroll Manager in the administration of company payroll (ADP) in tandem with benefits and leave programs. You will be instrumental in facilitating employee communication programs and managing internal data. Other essential functions include assisting with the administration of company policies, participating in disciplinary/termination meetings, coordinating workers’ compensation claims, administering leave of absence programs, and conducting exit interviews. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates well, and possesses both project management and team collaboration skills. This is an on-site role.
