ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. My State Farm career actually began while I was still in college, when I took a part-time internship with a local agent during my senior year. That opportunity turned into a sales position and eventually led me to agency ownership. I also played college basketball, so competition, teamwork, and striving to improve have always been a big part of who I am.

Our agency is very connected to the local community. We work closely with area schools and participate in and sponsor a variety of community events throughout the year, including local art fairs. We enjoy getting out of the office, meeting people, and being part of the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Miles Finch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
