We are looking for a data driven critical thinker who can make educated and appropriate assumptions when data is lacking.The position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and report into our Vice President, Corporate Strategy.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and governance for programs and projects that span the enterprise (this includes conducting strategy workshops, content development support, developing standards and best practices, monitoring progress, and driving projects forward)Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectivesBuild credibility and rapport with the stakeholders at multiple levelsIdentify process efficiencies by analyzing, re-engineering, and improving business processes across work streams within the organizationSupport the Vice President, Corporate Strategy with comprehensive corporate strategic planning aligned with the company’s long term goals and objectivesAssisting with additional projects and activities as determinedLead and conduct analysis to:Identify trendsCharacterize operational situations and financial implicationsDevelop hypotheses and recommendationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 9 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceORMaster's degree and at least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceORAt least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
