Marketing Coordinator

Pioneer Machine Sales is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute marketing initiatives across our machinery, laser welding, tooling, and robotics divisions. This fast-paced role requires an organized, creative, and adaptable professional. You will be responsible for streamlining marketing operations, supporting the sales team with high-impact collateral, managing social media channels, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production. You will also serve as a key point of contact for external vendors, including web developers and advertising agencies. Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Management Oversee day-to-day marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met. Coordinate workflows between internal teams, leadership, and external partners. Maintain organized content calendars and track campaign progress. Design and update product catalogs, flyers, brochures, and spec sheets. Develop compelling sales presentations and trade show materials. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize content workflows and asset production. Collaborate with sales representatives to create machine-focused content, including customer success stories and project spotlights. Content Creation & Social Media Manage scheduling and content distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Capture on-site content from the shop floor, customer installations, and events. Film and edit short-form videos (or demonstrate a strong aptitude for quick learning). Coordinate with third-party production teams for high-level video assets. Trade Shows & Events Execute booth logistics, including setup, collateral, giveaways, and travel planning. Manage end-to-end event marketing, including pre-show promotion and post-show lead follow-up. Act as the primary contact for third-party web developers, ad agencies, and marketing vendors. Ensure all deliverables and priorities remain aligned with strategic direction from the Fractional CMO. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of professional marketing experience. Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities. Technical Proficiency: Competency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software), and AI-driven content platforms. Asset: Basic photography and videography skills are highly valued. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or machinery sectors is strongly preferred.
