Account Executive, Respiratory Health - Knoxville, TN

Baxter seeks an Account Executive to drive sales of respiratory health products across a multi-state territory in Tennessee and North Carolina. The role involves managing 100-125 client accounts, developing territory strategy, and serving as the primary contact for hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas for respiratory health products
- Manage territory with 100-125 verified client targets and prospect for new business
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business and sales strategy plans
- Communicate competitive differentiation and product value to healthcare providers
- Complete required sales reports, compliance documentation, and company projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years proven top-level sales performance in medical devices, pharma, or DME
- Clinical respiratory experience (RRT certification preferred)
- Demonstrated strategic selling and business development skills
- Significant experience negotiating and closing new business deals
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% in territory
Compensation: $80,000 - $88,000 base annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
