Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Department (ED) care for an exciting travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role involves working in a freestanding ED environment, caring for diverse patient types with common ED diagnoses and behavioral health conditions. The facility provides essential imaging services on-site, ensuring comprehensive emergency care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Department (ED)

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department setting
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage critical care drips
• Perform PIV starts and administer TNK/TPA and conscious sedation
• Work collaboratively with charge RNs, nursing support staff, and cross-trained clinicians
• Adapt to floating needs within the designated facility region

Requirements of the RN - Emergency Department (ED)

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
