Job Title Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/ARNP) Location Renton, WA Department Diabetes, Thyroid & Endocrine Hours Full Time (1.0 FTE) Clinic Hours Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 Schedule 5/8‑hour days, primarily at the Renton clinic with occasional work at the Covington clinic. No call. Average Patient Load 14‑16 patients per day Support Staff RN Care Manager Medical Assistants Patient Access Associates Practitioners 3 MDs

1 Pharmacist Qualifications Medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Experience in Endocrinology is strongly preferred. Certified Diabetes Educator certification or in progress is ideal. Salary Base Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 per year.
