Business Technology Consultant Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, or closely related Adobe Experience Platform journey and campaign tools with a clear path to mastering AJO quickly.
• We have working fluency across the broader Adobe ecosystem, including CDP, Target, Marketo, tag management, Web SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics, with hands-on depth in more than one area preferred.
• We demonstrate strong consulting instincts, with the ability to listen carefully, define problems clearly, and influence without formal authority across technical and business partners.
• We have a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes, not just implementing tools.
• We are fast, deep learners who can become platform experts well enough to teach others.
• We have excellent communication skills and can translate complex technology into clear, actionable guidance.

• We serve as the go-to expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, leading onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maturation of the platform.
• We drive adoption and practical usage, helping marketers use the stack confidently and realize value from our technology investments.
• We connect the surrounding platforms and use our understanding of how they fit together to ensure AJO works effectively within the wider ecosystem.
• We identify FAS-specific use cases and guide enterprise technology partners on the relevant features and applications.
• We shape operational workflows, standards, and practices so the stack runs reliably and scales as we grow.
• We troubleshoot configuration and execution issues, and we work across engineering, data, and marketing to remove blockers and keep delivery moving.
• We consult with marketers and enterprise engineering teams, offering a clear point of view on how to get the most from our technology and where to invest next.
