Responsible for evaluating titles for property. Ensure that company processes and procedures are followed, and that supplements and other products are delivered to clients in a timely manner and with the most accurate information available.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for reviewing the title commitment and preliminary reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance across transactions ranging from Single Family Residence, Vacant Land Construction to high-liability multi-site commercial real estate dealsPerforms centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title productionAnalyzes reports to identify trends, recurring issues and root causes and makes recommendations for process improvementsProvides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices; may act as a liaison working with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title processProvides support to branch operations by performing administrative duties and providing a high level of customer support related to accurate and timely title productionFollows standard procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards across our client platformUnderstands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teamsImpacts own team through high-quality, detail-oriented workRecognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established processes and judgmentCommunicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own teamWorks under general supervision with limited ability to modify processes; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workloadPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferredExperienceTypically requires 2+ years of related work experienceEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
