This position provides an opportunity for entry‑level managers to learn important management skills and practice judgment and discretion. Role Priorities and Responsibilities Confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Supervise non‑management associates, assign work, focus on store‑level operation performance, coach, and develop shift supervisors. Competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager. Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Address issues in a timely fashion. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Maintain awareness of all applicable brand standards and procedures to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations. Ensure the restaurant always looks clean, inviting, and adheres to brand standards. Ensure cash management is accurate and processed daily, and reports are delivered as per company directives. Address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring positive and long‑term customer relationships. Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks. Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business. Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen. 2+ years experience in quick‑service restaurant or similar management operations. Flexible and open work schedule. Basic food safety understanding and practice. Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.
