Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Job Summary Leading private equity firm is looking for an enthusiastic EA/Office Manager to support a dynamic founder and broader team, and wants to learn and develop professionally. This is a great opportunity to join a young, very successful company and grow with it. Wear many hats and jump in to help in all areas. Responsibilities Scheduling and updating meetings (in-person, video and phone), calendar organization, travel, entertainment and expense management, and other related support activities Manage changing priorities, directing inquiries, and handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment Create expense reports using Concur Manage all day-to-day operations of the office Coordinate with building management as needed for related items Prepare, update, and edit print correspondence, reports, and presentations utilizing the Microsoft Suite Able to write, prepare and/or proofread letters and presentations Dedicated to meeting designated deadlines and working effectively in a fast‑paced environment Other ad‑hoc projects as requested Company Description Private Equity Boutique continuing to grow 5B AUM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
