This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our client support team. In this role, you will answer calls from clients and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.


What you'll do:

• Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution.
• Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support.
• Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed.
• Participate in team and department planning meetings.

What you need:

• 1+ year of call center experience. Prior banking or financial services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
