This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining collaborative connections with our outpatient team. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest telehealth technology, ensuring you can deliver effective care from the comfort of your own setting. You will become a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers who share a commitment to mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs. This includes utilizing standardized evaluation tools and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively address clients' unique challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on themes such as self-awareness, coping skills, and interpersonal communication, to foster healing and personal growth.

• Work closely with the treatment team to provide integrated care, participating in case consultations, and sharing insights during team meetings.

• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients' families to enhance understanding and encourage active participation in the treatment journey.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, presenting a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to create a culturally sensitive approach will enhance the therapeutic experience for all clients, as you will be surrounded by individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique stories and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor is necessary to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities to handle caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings.

• Familiarity with teletherapy and its technology is a plus, given our hybrid service delivery model.

• Knowledge or experience with mindfulness-based approaches and interventions is desirable.

• Annual salary range of $52,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
