Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and IEP implementation
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to the needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Work closely with educators and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and outcomes
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding classroom strategies and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
