Thatch is hiring an Operations Recruiter to own hiring for the teams who keep our healthcare system running. You will partner with Ops leaders to forecast needs, define roles, and deliver against hiring goals while shaping our evolving recruiting function. You'll design creative sourcing strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and build scalable pipelines through events and partnerships.
