Forklift Operator - 1st Shift (Lawnside, NJ)Job Details

• Position: Forklift Operator
• Location: Lawnside, NJ
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
• Overtime: Available
• Pay: Weekly Pay
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available within first 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Move large products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
• Perform order picking and packing duties
• Break down pallets and palletize products
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Stage products and verify order quantities
• Prepare orders for shipment and distribution
• Lift and move items weighing 50 lbs or more
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience operating both sit-down forklifts and reach trucks
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Experience with palletizing and breaking down pallets
• Order picking and packing experience
• Proficiency using RF scanners and inventory systems
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
