CNC Machine Operator
CNC Machine Operator, Setup, or Programmers
1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift 4:30pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday
Weekend 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Friday-Sunday (work 36 paid for 40hrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
- Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Complete basic or advanced G?code edits/programming depending on skill level.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
