Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs effectively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your approach will involve not only individual therapy sessions but may also include family or group therapy sessions to promote holistic healing. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
