General Liability Associate Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 2 Days/Week In Office) Experience: 1+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience Salary Range: $125,000 – $180,000 + Bonus Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators handling a broad range of premises liability, products liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, and business litigation matters for national and regional clients. What You'll Work On Defending premises liability, products liability, and general liability claims Representing restaurants, retailers, and other businesses in complex litigation matters Managing all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and handling discovery-related motions Taking and defending depositions, attending site inspections, and interviewing witnesses Appearing at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation proceedings Assisting with case evaluation, litigation strategy, and risk assessment Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process What We're Looking For 1+ years of civil litigation experience Experience handling premises liability, personal injury, products liability, or general liability matters preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active California Bar admission required Why This Role Stands Out Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in-office Opportunity to work on a diverse and sophisticated litigation docket Direct mentorship from experienced litigators and trial attorneys Structured training through a formal professional development program Opportunities to gain hands‑on experience in mediation, arbitration, and trial work Clear path for long-term career growth within a growing national platform Compensation & Benefits Base salary range of $125,000 – $180,000 + performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and pet insurance This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful litigation experience, strong mentorship, and long-term growth within a collaborative and highly regarded defense litigation practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
