Associate Scientist - In Vivo Pharmacology

Associate Scientist position focused on in vivo pharmacology within oncology and immunotherapy programs. Responsibilities include designing and conducting preclinical studies, managing laboratory operations, and communicating research findings to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, conduct, analyze, and report in vivo and in vitro pharmacology studies
- Perform in vivo procedures including tumor inoculation, dosing, and sample collection across multiple routes
- Execute cellular assays and flow cytometry analyses to support research interpretation
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure accurate record-keeping, and perform data analysis
- Present findings and participate actively in cross-departmental team meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree and 1 year in vivo pharmacology and laboratory experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with preclinical cancer models and drug administration techniques
- Proficiency with flow cytometry, multiparametric analysis, and molecular/cellular assays
- Strong computer literacy including GraphPad Prism, Excel, and scientific software
- Experience with in vivo bioluminescence imaging and blood/tissue collection methods
- Attention to detail, proactive learning mindset, and ability to work collaboratively
