You'll report to the Billing Team Lead and play a key role in billing, collections, and account reconciliation while working closely with a team of analysts. This is the right role if you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems with logic, and digging into the details to find the needle in the haystack.The role evolves as you grow: you'll start by mastering core processes such as appeasements and credits, then expand into reconciliations, audits, and variance analysis as you develop expertise.
