Investment Analyst / Real Estate Investment Analyst

Step into a high-impact role where you'll help shape real estate investment strategy from the ground up. As a key member of the investment team, you'll drive deal flow, analyze opportunities, and play a hands-on role in acquisitions that directly influence portfolio growth and long-term performance.

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary

What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage a detailed pipeline of prospective acquisitions
Develop financial models and underwriting analyses for new deals
Conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities
Support creation of investment committee and financing materials
Coordinate due diligence, timelines, and acquisition processes
Maintain broker relationships and support business development efforts
Assist with property transitions and ongoing investment operations

What You'll Need to be Considered

2-4 years of experience
Experience building financial models
Strong ability to develop underwriting assumptions for CRE deals
Comfort engaging with brokers and supporting relationship development
Ability to track and analyze commercial real estate market trends
Experience supporting acquisition due diligence and deal execution
