Proposal Coordinator

You are likely someone who has planned multiple team retreats in the past as a freelancer, worked for companies like Cvent, Groups360, Maritz, or a similar company, and/or has vast experience in group hotel sales, during which you built relationships with various hotel properties and brands globally. Further, you should also have some experience in Customer Success with VC-backed startups, as you will be leading demos via Zoom where you share your screen and work through user requests via Offsite’s admin panel, and/or answer emails from users about various booking requests they’d like to make. Success Metrics: Revenue Impact:Measured by platform fees and commissions generated. Efficiency & Support Quality:Speed and accuracy in supporting sales and client success teams (e.g., time-to-response, issue resolution, and user feedback). Cost Savings:Value saved for clients through negotiations and vendor partnerships. What We Are Looking For: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Deep experience in hotels and events is a MUST. You need to have existing relationships with multiple hotel portfolios and the ability to know who quickly identify great properties for different event groups. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating outstanding client experiences. Experience in event planning, travel coordination, or hospitality is a plus. Negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with vendors. Ability to listen critically, adapt quickly, and pay attention to small details.
