Ignite Marketing Solutions is building a team of driven, competitive individuals to represent energy brands across the Cincinnati market.

Our sales representatives work face to face with customers at retail stores, local events, and promotional locations, introducing energy products and services and helping interested consumers explore their options.

THE PLAYBOOK

STEP 1 | LEARN THE GAME

Develop your understanding of energy products, customer communication, and effective sales presentations through hands-on training.

STEP 2 | GET IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS

Engage customers directly at participating retail stores and local events. Learn how to make strong first impressions and communicate confidently.

STEP 3 | EXECUTE

Identify customer needs, explain available energy services, overcome objections professionally, and assist with qualifying sales and enrollments.

STEP 4 | TRACK YOUR RESULTS

Work toward clear individual goals, measure your progress, and identify opportunities to improve your performance.

STEP 5 | KEEP GETTING BETTER

Apply coaching, strengthen your communication skills, and challenge yourself to improve from one week to the next.
