Account Manager

Responsibilities Manage customer and partner accounts in a high-volume outbound calling environment Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues for both partners and clients Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure consistent and accurate data transmission Communicate program value and maintain strong client relationships Identify and resolve technical/data-related issues impacting account performance Support ongoing improvements and adherence to internal processes Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems Requirements 2+ years of account management or client retention experience (call center environment preferred) 2+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting-related roles Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a competitive mindset Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr ROCS Grad Staffing
