What You'll Do

• Engage with customers at assigned retail locations throughout the San Jose area.
• Represent wireless telecommunications products, services, and promotional offers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service options to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness through face-to-face promotional sales.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and sales results.
• Participate in ongoing product training, sales coaching, and professional development.
